Join us at the cosy Post House Coffee Shop in Kinsale on Wednesday 11th December at 7.30pm until 9pm for a Yoga by Candlelight class dedicated to nourishing your body, mind, and soul during this bustling Christmas season season. 

Connect with the qualities of "Peace" and "Joy" through a warming yoga flow followed by a deeply relaxing and soothing Yoga Nidra practice.

Afterwards we will have some festive treats to nourish. Don't forget to bring your mat and keepcup for a relaxing evening of self-care.
