Come join us, Wizard & Grace wellbeing, for a charity Yoga and Sauna morning at Garretstown Beach, Cork in aid of Irish Red Cross Gaza appeal and to mark International Yoga Day.
Date: Sunday 22nd June
Time: 8am Yoga with Paula from Wizard & Grace; 9am-9.55am - Sauna with Wild Wellness
Cost: €20 for Yoga and €40 for Yoga and Sauna. Additional donations also welcome as money goes directly to Irish Red Cross Gaza Appeal. Ideally book through our Idonate page but you can also purchase your place here.
Spaces for Sauna limited (17 only) so booking in advance is essential.
